This site is run by Alex, a one-person furniture assembly and handyman service in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Information you give us directly
When you use the instant estimate form or the chat assistant, you may provide:
- Your name and phone number
- Your town and preferred appointment date
- Details about the job — item type, product links, photos, notes about access or stairs
This is used for one purpose only: to reply to you with a price and schedule the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with lead marketplaces.
About the chat assistant. Conversations with the AI assistant are stored so Alex can follow up on requests. Messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. Please don't type payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive details into the chat — they are never needed to get a quote.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses a few third-party tools to understand how visitors use it:

These tools collect things like approximate location (city level), device and browser type, which pages you visited, and where you arrived from. None of it identifies you by name unless you choose to submit the form.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them only for the analytics and advertising measurement described above — there are no cookies used to build advertising profiles about you across unrelated websites.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on ↗. The site will still work normally.
How long information is kept
- Quote requests and chat conversations — kept while needed to serve you and for ordinary business records.
- Google Analytics data — retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
- Clarity session recordings — automatically deleted by Microsoft after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Just text (607) 313-8849 or email boryslavskyi@gmail.com and it will be handled.
If you're a Connecticut resident, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act gives you rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data. Use the same contact details above.
Children
This site is meant for adults booking a home service. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
